If for any reason you are not satisfied with the  item you received, you may return it for an exchange under the below conditions:


1.In which circumstance, we provide replacement?


A: if customer find the item is not the same as actual picture or description. or there is some defect or broken on item, we provide replacement(Please fill in the Return & Exchange form),and  Return request must be no later than 3 days from the day you received it.We will NOT give the compensation and resend fee when you ship back items to us.When you ship back the items.please send email to tell us the tracking number,make sure you pack the items well and no damage of them.We will NOT privide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause.


 
B.If you find you have not been interested in certain items, we don't provide replacement.


 
C. When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. With a long time, we can not verify defective item is we provide , or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.


 
D: When no quality issue is involved, client would like to cancel the order.the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. Moreover, we would apply a restocking fee per returned item. Restocking fees amount USD 50 which order price below USD 500,USD 100 which order price over USD 500 Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.


 
E. When we received your damaged items sent back, we will verify if back item is in good condition. We will ship new replacement to you by EMS/DHL(some special country).shipment take 8 - 14 days.


 
F. If you place a new order, and shipped by express, we will put replacement together in one package.

 

2. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and associated cost with the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.


 
3.When the items are signed by someone according to the record shown on the delivery system,we are supposed that you will receive the items.That is not our responsibility if the parcel is picked by anybody else,you had better go to the post office to request the post officer send parcel to the right guy.


 
4.If you provide the wrong information of the address we shipped out,lead to the items can not delivery successful,we need to reship the items,we will charge the reship fee.Reship fee s USD 50 which order price below USD 500,USD 100 which order price over USD 500.At this situation,if you would like to cancel this order,we will charge the restocking fee.Restocking fees we would do so but would apply USD 50 which order price below USD 500,USD 100 which order price over USD 500 charge for processing this refund and as refund handling fee.

 

5.If client not interested at items any more without any quality reason,would like to exchange the items.We will do so but would apply the reshipping fee USD 40/handbag and USD 20/replica wallet/scarf/belt

 

How to exchange/return products:


The Steps that will make your return process easy possible are as follows:


1. First, you will need to e-mail to us within the 3 days of receiving the product.
